Kellie's Mac and Cheese

We are having family night tonight and I decided to come up with my own Mac and cheese recipe. This will also be my 1st ever blog post! So here goes...

I think this comfort food dish will go great with this ham and some homemade green beans!

Start with a little bacon for drippings and elbow macaroni cooked al dente.

All the makings of a great sauce.

What should I do with the rest of this?! Mommy break!

This sauce takes a little patience.

Swimming in yummy cheesy sauce. And into a 375 oven for 25 minutes.

Sriracha is optional, but a must for me!

Dinner time!

Working in 1/3 c batches add cheese stirring in figure eight until incorporated. Pour sauce over drained noodles and combine. Put all in greased 9x13 dish and top with panko bread crumbs and Parmesan cheese. Bake for 25 minutes. Let sit for 5 minutes before serving. Drizzle with sriracha (optional)
